Smith Bros. Inc. recommends customers visit one of our locations before making final product selections to view samples. The pictures included on this website may not exactly represent the product being purchased due to appearance of picture online and natural variations in the product. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed due to incorrect product selections.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availably. Delivery
Smith Bros. Inc. is not responsible for any damage incurred during the unloading process and/or transportation of goods. If the customer desires the delivery truck to go off the driveway to unload, the customer must be present for delivery and sign a consent form assuming all responsibility for damages. If customer is not present for delivery, the delivery will be made according to customer instructions left when placing the order. Please mark the area to ensure the driver can locate dumping location. Unloading of materials will be at the discretion of the driver for his safety and equipment.
Delivery of Straw Bales
Delivery of straw bales includes dumping them out of the bed of the truck only. If you would like the bales to be hand unloaded and hand stacked, please call the office to place your order due to special delivery requirements and charges.

Delivery of firewood includes dumping the wood out of the bed of the truck only. If you would like the wood to be hand unloaded and hand stacked, please call the office to place your order due to special delivery requirements and charges.
Installation of Products
We are a retail/wholesale supplier only. We are not a landscape labor company and do not offer spreading, installation, or placement of our products. We recommend using Yelp or another similar service to locate a landscaper to install Smith Bros. Inc. products.
Color Enriched Mulches
For best results, we recommend at least 24 hours with no precipitation and no contact with water after installation. This will allow the colorant to bond with the mulch resulting in long lasting color. Please plan accordingly when scheduling your delivery if you are ordering a color enriched mulch. Smith Bros. Inc. is not responsible for product failure resulting from improper drying time or installation.
Safetyscape
Certified Playground Surface Engineered Wood Fiber Installation Instructions: Smith Bros Inc. recommends a site preparation to maintain a level environment and suggest that the site is bordered in order to contain and maintain the required depth. SAFETYSCAPE® engineered wood fiber specific use for playground surface must be installed at an initial depth of 15 inches. This initial depth allows for a natural compaction for a 12 inch depth. SAFETYSCAPE® engineered wood fiber has been tested at a 12 inch compacted depth and provides for fall protection up to 12 feet.
